Procter & Gamble Hiring for NBU R&D Researcher at Mason, OH Full Time

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and execution of standard technical characterization and routine consumer research study placement. Onboards to the range of PR systems including data analysis, SMART, ePADEx and Claims Manager, and becomes knowledgeable in the requirements for study release, as well as proper documentation of work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an Associates Degree.

• Technical Mastery – Able to support and execute lean consumer test plans, both qualitative and quantitative, in a Regulated space.
• Executes with excellence – Executes against plans with sense of urgency and executional excellence. High attention to detail and a focus on quality, while balancing with a LEAN mindset and bias toward action.
• Collaboration – Strong track record of building collaborative relationships to get work done. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with teams.
• Entrepreneurial Agility – Ability and passion for operating in new spaces.
