Profile: 2-4 years of pharma experience background on Sales and RX products (Medical Sales Representative, or key account executive).

Your role:

• Improves revenues from sales of the organization’s products and/or services through a base of negotiation with customers, traditional, modern channel, distributors or retailers.
• Focus on negotiation with external customers to achieve the sales target and prioritize the customer needs on allotments responsibility for PHC products.
• Locate, evaluate, and recruits potential channel partners.
• Support partners throughout the sales process in all activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions and training to achieve revenue targets.
• Filter, prioritize, analyze and validate dynamic material from a diverse range of external and internal sources to respond to operational challenges.
• Contribute valuable perspectives or advisory services that are important to decision making.
• Responsible to make analysis and recommendations for the sales opportunity area with customers in order to achieve the sales target.
• Responsible for managing total Market Research & Business Intelligence budget, which covers primary/ad-hoc research and very specific secondary data sources (IMS & Nielsen).
• Contributes to the business and financial planning process.
• You will impact the level of service and multiple teams within an area to meet quality, volume and timeliness objectives which affects the performance of the entire area.

Qualifications

• Live in Guadalajara City.
• 2-4 years of pharma experience background on Sales and RX products (Medical Sales Representative, or key account executive).
• Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude, and build diverse and collaborative relationships.
• Graduated from any bachelor’s degree. (Economics or Administrative preferable).
• Strong Leadership Skills, you will lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage / enable / energize the team and execute plans with excellence.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
