Sales Instore Analyst

Non-management position

Location: Estado de Mexico.

From Day 1, you will be accountable for being responsible for your own projects, working with teams to generate new insights and implementing changes; as well as, being accountable for results. Your responsibilities will include efficient & quality day-to-day administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness of the Organization.

Responsibilities of the role

• The objective of this role is to be responsible for the evaluation of the Permanent First Moment of Truth (PFMOT) process at national level vs the customer contract for the payment of funds.
• Provide visibility on the execution in store of materials of all company categories (Biweekly / monthly dashboard).
• Validate customer contracts are accurate and validate scope of stores per vehicle.
• Responsible for evaluating the execution of customer contracts for the payment of Temporary Funding Increase.
• Updating the catalog (high-low) of Permanent First Moment of Truth in LA Store.
• Contact to deal with tickets generated for the registration / cancellation / change of vehicles in store.
• Validate the requests to update the vehicle registration / cancellation catalog.

Role Requirements

• Eligible to work in Mexico City.
• College graduated (any major).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Intermediate / advance level).
• Proficient in KNIME.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• At least 1 year working with extensive databases analysis and improvement processes.
• Experience in Project management and Market knowledge (customer channels).
• Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Teams and collaboration technologies.
