Scope of the role:

The marketing technologist’s main responsibility is to drive and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to data integration, activation/execution, sufficiency, and enrichment.
Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver real-time insights and business transformation opportunities to improve critical metrics, advise new business models, and optimize digital/ media / eCommerce operations.
• Activate digital media brand-building platforms to meet the needs of the business (Digital presence, social, Consumer Relationship Marketing, DTC, programmatic, etc.).
• You will lead and handle new innovation spaces in marketing technology to meet emerging needs in a business (IoT, new data sets, new platforms, etc.), and prioritize & translate business requirements to systems requirements which also enforce to IT policies and security/privacy mandates.
• You will own the generation of new business models and codification of processes and capabilities.
• You will act as a single point of contact, between marketing and IT and build capability in the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of Previous experience working with Digital media & programmatic (DMPs), data technologies, Data Base Technologies.
• Eligible to work in Mexico City (Interlomas).
• Undergraduate or Master level qualifications – Preferred subject areas include: Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Studies
• Experience in engaging and partnering with Leadership teams to identify the right Technology and Digital Capabilities fit for the business.
• Proven experience working with DMPs, data technologies, Data Base Technologies.
• Certifications related to digital marketing and/or media such as Google Analytics 360, Google Data Studio, Google Ads is desirable.
• Applied knowledge on tools such as SQL, Spotfire, KNIME, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Passion & experience in marketing and media including digital, eCommerce, CRM, Search, Web/Mobile, Media, and IoT.
• Knowledge of Stewardship, Privacy, and Information security.
• Advance English skills.
• Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude.
