We are looking talents for our Interlomas´ General Offices for the position of:

Pharmaceutical Purchasing Analyst

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Estado de Mexico – Interlomas´ General Offices.

Work schedule: Flexible working hours.

Profile: Ideally a person who has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry and in the purchasing area.

Preferably previous experience of 1 to 2 years in the purchasing area leading strategies and sourcing work.

This person will be responsible to lead the strategy and sourcing work for influencers campaigns, celebrities and the reactivation of pharmaceutical events to assure the best total value for the PHC organization (Personal Health Care).

This person will elaborate detailed action plans based on internal and external customer needs always looking for innovative ways to reduce cost, comply with internal controls guidelines and improve service levels. Will be responsible to manage the commercial relationships with suppliers in the above mentioned areas in Mexico to ensure the compliance of the services with excellence within P&G commercial policies and requirements. This will provide external focus by continuously staying in touch with the different industries to ensure P&G is getting the best sourcing options for the short, medium and long term.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sourcing strategies (industry and supplier analysis, biddings, negotiations, commercial agreements); ensuring all clients understand and execute the sourcing recommendation.
• Work in conjunction with Mexico´s PHC Marketing organization to ensure plans and projects are in line with business needs as well as to make sure we follow P&G policies.
• Develop innovative plans in conjunction with Mexico´s PHC organizations to implement projects that deliver cost savings and other value adds for the company.
• Revisit and redesign supply base as per updated business needs in Pharma with special focus on Rx including Continuous Medical Education, Medical PR Agencies, etc.
• Manage incremental demand on execution of events with Doctors and Influencers campaigns.
• Procurement support to medical associations / congresses / hospitals. Mailing services for sampling and premiums.
• Ensure Internal Controls compliance related to purchases activities and proper segregation of duties including continuous Stewardship education on procurement policies, processes and tools.

• Excellent supplier management skills.
• Experience in Purchasing Marketing and Trade services for the Pharma Industry
• Advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Person well organized and able to perform several tasks at once.
• Able to manage stress, maintain calm and sense of urgency.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Analytic and proactive.
• Planner and strategic Thinking.
• Microsoft Office domain (Excel, Word, Power Point).
