We are currently looking to hire a part time Legal QA Associate to join our in-house legal staff of four and are looking to hire one or two talented law students who can help us with consumer legal compliance efforts for our rewards sites. The work can be done remotely on a flexible schedule, based on your school schedule and other personal commitments. At least 20 hours/week available, likely more if schedules permit. This position will pay $25.00/hr to start.

The position will focus on the following responsibilities:

• Assisting the legal team review all marketing and other promotional efforts related to our business and the various shopping, performance-marketing and survey offers that we present to our millions of members throughout the US,
• Identify any potential legal issues, and help make sure we are staying in tip-top shape in terms of legal compliance;
• This includes on-site on in-app offers, marketing emails, social media posts, etc.
• No prior knowledge of Internet consumer disclosure/compliance efforts required – we can train you on what you need to know!
