Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced marketer to help us expand our marketing programs in this period of high growth for our company. Given that we’re a small team, the right candidate must be able to wear many hats and work on a variety of different types of marketing projects. Understanding marketing funnels and the way in which customers make buying decisions is critical to this position.
Responsibilities will include:
Copywriting, ideation and content creation
Creating and scheduling social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter and Pinterest.
Manage relationships with product ambassadors & influencers.
Coordinate company led giveaways and promotions.
Required Skills include:
2-3 years of direct to consumer marketing experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with social media management
Deep understanding of best practices/needs/restrictions across TikTok Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience using with Excel and Google spreadsheets for tracking and analyzing data
Strong understanding of social media, hashtags, SEO, algorithms and performance and reporting metrics.
