You’ll be part of a dynamic global team that works remotely across multiple countries and comes together online (and occasionally in-person) for events and team-building.

What you’ll do:

• Content Creation:
• You’ll work closely with our cross-functional team of instructors and content teammates. You are not expected to create the core curriculum (we’ve already done that); but you will iterate and delegate work to your direct reports. Your team owns PS learning content, collateral, and spaces like our LI and blog.
• You are expected to review content and provide feedback.
• People Management and Development:
• You’ll coach and guide a sizable team that creates content. Help the team improve their skills and also help improve processes.
• Experiment with new content and formats with the goal of continuously improving the engagement and effectiveness of our offerings.
• Review analytics and track our team’s progress towards goals, keeping team members and executives up to date and using data to guide improved content decision making and planning.

This role could be a good fit for you if:

• Your have 3+ years in Product, Consulting or Marketing
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a deep passion and curiosity for defining and spreading best practices for a highly impactful function
• You are a natural leader; you are autonomous, accountable and always looking for ways to improve
