About the Opportunity:

• A pioneer and one of the top companies in the healthcare industry located in Hingham, MA is currently looking for a Data Entry Accuracy Processor to join their growing team

• They have provided healthcare coverage to members who live, work and travel internationally

• You will be primarily accountable for validating and data entry of information for enrollment, credentialing, or update of provider information

• Note: this role is on-site in the Hingham, MA office so candidates will need to have daily access to a vehicle in order to get to the office (there is no nearby public transportation)

Data Entry Accuracy Processor Responsibilities:

• Entering and validating data information received by provider organizations

• Reviews contracts, attestations, and other supporting documentation

• Periodically responds to both internal and external inquiries about operational activity

• Respond to priority requests and escalated provider issues

• Phone and/or email outreach to provider organizations when necessary

• Collaboration towards all departmental, divisional and corporate goals

Data Entry Accuracy Processor Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required, College degree preferred

• 1+ years of experience with data entry using large databases

• Proven ability to navigate in multiple systems simultaneously

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs

• Any experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
