The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications:
It may be beneficial for you to hold a current Level 3 CAVA or equivalent and/or a Level 3 Training and Education qualification or equivalent, however this is desirable, not a requirement, and training will be provided if you don’t hold these.
This role would be well suited for someone who is currently working as a nursery manager or in a senior position in an early years setting, and is looking to progress into the next step of their career.
What do you need to be successful?
You will be able to plan and set goals using competent organisational skills. You will have the ability to provide constructive feedback alongside reviewing assessment plans to help learners progress and develop through their programme. You will be able to record, monitor and evaluate ongoing knowledge, skills and behaviours while following PTS confidentiality policy.
