The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for processing orders and assisting with various data projects. The position involves entering data from different forms (fax, email & web) that are submitted for order processing. This is a fast paced/high volume position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a high energy team.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task

Responsibilities:

• Processing information that comes in from email, fax & web submission
• Communication with customer service & management to clarify information
• Enter orders into a proprietary software
• Process client orders and provide daily order update reports using Excel
• Ability to work occasional overtime
• Additional duties as assigned
