SURFACE LAND ADMINISTRATOR

Progress Land Services Ltd. is a surface land consulting company based in Edmonton, Alberta, since 1984. We are expanding our team and looking for a positive and experienced Land Surface Administrator to join in on our success. This position works closely with our team of dedicated professionals, including Land Managers, Land Agents, and Land Administrators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Progress Land’s Surface Land Administrator duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Preparing Crown applications for disposition

• Requesting for and acquiring third-party agreements and consent

• Preparing Surface Leases, easements, and other related documentation

• Performing Land Title, Corporate, and Crown searches and registrations

• Commissioning of Affidavits

• Administering and maintaining files and databases, both electronically and hard copy

• Various clerical duties

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Land Administration Certificate or similar alternative

• Valid Alberta Commissioners for Oaths appointment or the ability to obtain
