• Self-Starter/Excellent Organization Skills

• Previous Office Experience (Preferred)
• Construction/NAHB Knowledge (Preferred/Not Required)

What Your Day Would Look Like:

• Manage Builder Home Warranties
• Process Homeowner Warranty Claims
• Schedule Walkthroughs & Warranty Work
• Liaison between builder, homeowner, and subcontractors
• Enjoy a chill, productive environment that truly values a work/home life balance and occasional “off-early” days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
