About us: A leading organisation dedicated to ensuring security and efficiency in global operations. As part of their Diplomatic Security Division, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to support our critical projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and activity coordination.
• Design and create engaging infographics for project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Assist in developing and executing communication plans, ensuring clear and effective messaging across all project phases.
• Support change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to support project implementation.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align project objectives with their needs and expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project administration or a related role, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating visual aids like infographics.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively throughout project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
