Prometheus Home Services is seeking remotely-based experienced Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! – Must reside in Massachusetts

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all phone/email/message communications of both new and existing customers who have questions or need to schedule service appointments
• Responsible for setting daily schedules and dispatching the team to customer appointments.
• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
• Responsible for follow up customer satisfaction calls post service
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
• Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information

Job Qualifications:

• Friendly and empathetic attitude
• 2+ years of customer service and office assistant/administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Solid computer and smartphone literacy (Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as technologically savvy to pick up new computer software and applications)
• Ability to improvise and adjust with constantly changing needs of the business
• Willingness to learn and receive training on new skills and technologies

The position will support our office located in Stoneham, MA. The role is primarily remote; However, we are looking for someone who lives local to the Boston/Stoneham area and can attend in person meetings, event’s and training opportunities on occasion. This is a growing company and this position offers room for growth into management!
