Pronto Mowers Hiring for CEO Assistant at Delray Beach, FL Full Time

Pronto Mowers is a growing company that distributes and sells parts, accessories and equipment for the large landscaping industry in the USA. We are looking for a CEO Assistant. The CEO Assistant will be responsible for:

• You will be the first point of contact and the link between the CEO and his clients, suppliers, and collaborators.
• Make calls to handle supplies purchases, materials, or services, also filtering the available options to present the best ones for the purchase.
• Attend and prioritize assigned tasks quickly and proactively, and follow through with assigned projects to successful accomplishment.
• Schedule both personal and professional appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as file management, preparation of reports and documents, cost analysis, monitoring of payments to suppliers, and coordination of activities.
• Assist the CEO in the coordination and management of operational tasks (coordination of technical meetings, monitoring of compliance with the responsibilities of each individual parties, elaborating reports, etc.).
• Schedule meetings with the different departments where the CEO is involved.
• Take notes during meetings.

The CEO Assistant must meet the following requirements:

• College student almost finishing career or graduated of Administrative Science.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and software tools: Gmail, Outlook, Calendar Drive.
• Knowledge in documents development, research, and project management.
• Ability to follow up and be attentive to details.
• Responsible, committed, goal-oriented, and willing to learn. Be able to make educated decisions, and have excellent organizational skills.
• Qualified candidates will have a “Can Do” attitude, be a team player with the ability to prioritize activities.
• Must also be an able communicator.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delray Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
