About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available. The role as a Property Management Assistant is to ensure property management day to day tasks are completed. This is a multifaceted role where we are looking for someone to come on board, take ownership while adding your own initiatives and capabilities to drive organisational efficiencies.
 

Ideally you will have:

• Property management experience is ideal but not essential.
• Experience or ability to learn Palace, TPS, viewing trackers and anything related to property management business. 
• Experience or ability to learn to deal with maintenance issues, help property managers for day-to-day tasks, run errands, help with viewings and support all the property managers with strong admin and communication skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and high attention to detail
• Proven outstanding relationship management skills
• Immaculate presentation and a team player
• Ability to use initiative, think intuitively and learn systems and processes
