Passenger service assistants provide a variety of services:

• Wheelchair Assistance
• Skycap Services
• Unaccompanied Minors Escort Service
• Electric Cart Drivers

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service, Passenger assistance, Positive attitude
• Communication skills
• Maintain a courteous, professional attitude in all situations
• Walking long distances
• Standing for long periods
• Lifting
• Bending
• Squatting
• Reaching

Must be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
