Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Lead
£32,600
To act as the SEND Lead across Learning and Skills. The SEND Lead will assist in closing any achievement gaps between groups of Ixion learners through providing expert support, training, coaching and information, advice and guidance to all delivery staff supporting identified SEND learners. As a result, learners will be provided with high quality and individualised support to enable them to achieve their full potential and achieve despite any barriers they may face.
The role will predominantly work on all 16-19 contract areas
