What you will do:
Provide customers with product and order information primarily via email – receiving and replying to emails sent to the customer support email address and website inquiries. Will help with overflow calls and other duties as needed.
Job Details:
Monday – Friday 8-5pm
$14/hr
What you need to bring:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An at-home work space where you can speak with customers in a quiet environment (equipment will be provided).
