Prototerra Partners Hiring for Private Equity Analyst at Colorado Full Time

Prototerra Partners, a Denver-based growth capital firm, is seeking a Private Equity Analyst. Duties as follows:

• Conduct industry, market and company research
• Synthesize and summarize research in written form
• Define and describe markets; quantify market sizes and growth rates
• Identify and manage pipeline of prospective investments
• Build financial models including 3FS proformas, valuation analyses, operating budgets, waterfalls, cap tables
• Conduct due diligence on prospective investments
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses in MS Excel to improve operational efficiency, accounting accuracy, and the like
• Perform detailed document review
• Manage datarooms and facilitate 3rd party due diligence
• Create pitch materials (Powerpoint, Tableau, etc.)

Pay: $50.00 – $75.00 per hour
