On behalf of our Client, a large local employer, Protrans Personnel Services is seeking a Procurement Administrator to work in the Saint John, NB area !
What’s in it for you?
- Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00/hour (based on previous experience)
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 6-month work term ! Path to permanent opportunity with Client
- Paid weekly on Fridays
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with a strong skillset in MS Excel
- Process oriented with a high attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Previous purchasing or accounts payable/receivable experience is an asset
Job Details:
- Order Entry (Site Purchase Orders and Requisitions)
- Update, manage and closeout purchase orders
- Order Reconciliation and Purchase Order receiving
- Provide exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders
- Review invoices for compliance with existing purchase orders and contracts
