What you will do: The Credit Investment Analyst in PGIM Fixed Income supports corporate bond and leveraged finance portfolios for both the insurance company and external clients. After a formal training program, the Analyst is assigned to work with a senior member of the research group covering companies in related industry sectors. The Analyst works closely with a Senior Analyst to perform fundamental investment analysis, define value within issuer capital structures and industry sectors, as well as communicate investment recommendations to Portfolio Managers. The fundamental credit investment research conducted by the Analyst is an integral component of the portfolio construction process. The Analyst role involves regular interaction with the management of issuing companies, industry consultants, and Wall Street counterparts. Analysts benefit from our comprehensive investment capabilities across the Fixed Income universe, including interest rates, currencies, domestic and foreign government bond, and global corporate bonds. The Analyst role offers growing responsibility as the Analysts experience and confidence grows. This role is a hybrid work arrangement requiring working in our Newark, NJ office 3 days a week. The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
