PSM is seeking a skilled part-time Office Administrator who wants to establish a career with us. We seek a diligent professional to assist with client coordination, referrals, scheduling, insurance billing and benefits checks, collections, event scheduling, program coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses medical office, reception, billing, or clinical experience. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and professionalism is essential in a confidential environment. We will provide training in our electronic medical record system.
Education/ Skill Requirements
Required: High school diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree or two years of college coursework and 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred (i.e. office administration, billing specialists, administrative assistant, office management). Also required: Excellent oral and strong written communication skills; Professional and personable phone and in-person manner; Strong customer service skills; Project management skills and attention to detail essential. Ability to use scheduling software, databases, word processing programs, excel, and social media. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; A desire to work with adults in a friendly, supportive manner.
Position is part-time to start, 20 hours weekly and days/times are negotiable. The position is fully remote with assistance home office equipment.
