PTP Inc – Physical Therapy Plus

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and reliable person to join our team as a full-time medical receptionist in an outpatient physical therapy office in Los Alamos.
Tasks include answering phones and scheduling patients for physical therapy, entering new patient information into the EMR system, greeting incoming patients, collecting patient payments, organizing initial visit paperwork, obtaining treatment referrals, insurance verifications and treatment authorizations, light office organization.
Candidate qualifications – high school diploma or GED; experience in healthcare field preferred, excellent customer service and communication skills; reliable, self-motivated; detail oriented; proficient in PC, Internet, Word, Excel and fax.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour
