Responsibilities
Client Success Associate:
Client Success Associates are integral members of PCG’s Northwest Education Team; the specific focus of this role will be supporting web-based case management software, primarily for Special Education. Client Success Associates will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing client relationships with local education agency (school district) and/or state agency stakeholders. This will be accomplished through direct client interaction, as well as collaboration with internal teams. This role must effectively integrate capabilities in client management and project management in addition to promote strong connectivity with the other Client Success Associates and their functional area counterparts across operations and technology.
Responsibilities :
Builds relationships with users and school districts to understand problems and positions PCG to help solve them
Provides excellent customer service to all clients, as measured by responsiveness and client satisfaction through regular client surveys
Serves as primary point of contact for inquiries from PCG clients and system users, addressing 90% or more inquiries at the first point of contact
Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance
Collaborates directly with the Northwest team, maintaining positive relationships
Prepares and delivers online and in-person training sessions, sales demonstrations, and other presentations to a wide variety of clients and stakeholders
Captures, monitors and analyzes data and makes smart recommendations to help inform future training topics and frequency
Performs data file import processes, system configurations, and application testing in accordance with established procedures
Identifies gaps or improvements to existing processes, procedures, support materials, etc. and actively takes steps to continuously improves them
Continuously seeks opportunities to improve performance, help others, and grow
Other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications :

They must possess strong skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and oral and written communication.

Effective communication skills (presentation, facilitation, and written) 
Collaboration skills (with peers, staff, and leadership) 
Ability to be decisive, consistent, transparent, and open to feedback
Highly organized and skilled at prioritization 
Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, research, time management, problem-solving skills.
Use problem solving approaches to improve upon current processes.
Good judgment in prioritizing and completing tasks, and in seeking guidance when needed.
Willingness to contribute in a team environment.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
