Responsibilities
Leads Implementation team, setting the vision and strategic goals, driving to achieve business objectives.
Responsible for the successful implementation of a new program, client change request and/or product implementation.
Manage performance of delivery against implementation department goals.
Provide external education, consultation and guidance to clients requesting implementation services
Provide internal direction, make critical decisions on timing and prioritization of the execution of implementation-based work items.
Collaborate with Business Development and other key stakeholders to estimate level of effort and timing to support implementation objectives.
Represent priorities, implementation initiative(s) and decisions on behalf of the product department during strategic and proposal response discussions.
Responsible for development and coaching of implementation management staff.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions as needed.
Ensure the implementation department provides content for training material development by other operational departments
Create a process for stimulating, harvesting, assessing, and sharing ideas from all key stakeholder groups and convey information to the product team.
Keeps abreast of national best practices, trends, and developments in FM
Maintains competitive and relevant data on consumer excitement/issues around existing product.
Required Skills
Demonstrated leadership competencies such as setting clear goals and expectations, building trust,
effective communication and acting without boundaries.
High functioning capability to handle projects and teams multilaterally.
Advanced facilitation skills to drive focused collaboration and success across the organization.
Strong work ethic coupled with experience in rapid and effective decision-making.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint, Backlog Management, Facilitation Skills, Technology Understanding, PDCA Feedback Loops, Value Identification, and management experience.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree Preferred (MBA, Product Management, Health Management)
Experience: 7+ years of experience in related field.
