This is an anticipatory process. This selection process will be used to staff various AS-03 positions in the Assets and Facilities Management unit at Public Services and Procurement Canada in the Ontario Region. The results of this process may be used to staff same or similar positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Your résumé.
Degree equivalency
Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, service providers, or contractors.
Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Completion of a post-secondary education in a Property and Facilities Management related field or any other field related to the work to be performed.
Degree equivalency
Possession or working towards a departmentally recognized professional designation in the Property and Facilities Management field, i.e. Certified Property Manager (CPM), registered in Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Real Proper Administrator (RPA) or Facilities Management Administrator (*FMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Certified Facilities Manager (CFM)
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute
Experience working in properties and facilities management
Experience in leading or managing projects
Experience in managing an operating budget
Experience in developing and interpreting contract documents
Experience in using an SAP application
English essential

Reliability Status security clearance – A higher security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret Enhanced) may be required depending on the requirements established by PSPC or the client department.
Possession of a valid driver’s license or personal mobility to the extent normally associated with the possession of a driver’s license
Must be willing and able to travel as required
Must be willing and able to work overtime on short notice
