At Public Trust, caring for people is the lifeblood of our organisation and at the centre of everything we do. Over the last 149 years we’ve supported thousands of families and businesses to look after what is important to them.
Do you enjoy working as part of a cohesive team, providing time-framed delivery while supporting positive outcomes for vulnerable members of society, then this could be the role for you!
If you are empathetic, can build relationships with a wide range of people and have great administrative skills, then you could be the perfect fit for our team of Associates.
With extensive training, support, and opportunities for career progression, why not become an Associate at Public Trust?
About the role
Our Associates provide administrative and task based support for our Trustees, Customer Centres and the wider Retail network. As a remote role, it will be possible for you to work from any Customer Centre or from home depending on requirements and your preferences.
This is an exciting opportunity that requires someone with good time management, high attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer focused, collaborative, and be a great communicator. You will have learning agility for procedural or complex processes and be able to ‘think on your feet’ to ensure the correct prioritisation of workflow.
You will need to be comfortable working as a part of a remote team where your team and leadership interactions will predominantly take place online.
An established technical or working understanding of the trustee role and activities is an advantage, but is not essential.
These are permanent positions, with full training to be provided to the successful applicants.
