We are a fast-pace family practice seeing up to 100 patients per day. We need a reliable, dedicated, hardworking individual to be part of our team.

• Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
• Check patients in and out, take copay, make sure forms are up to date
• Schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner
• Makes calls for patients needing follow up appointment
• Filing and scanning documents into patient charts according to content and date
• Able to adjust approach to meet changing demands and situations including dealing with diverse people
