Puglisevich is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the human resources department. In this role the person must have the ability to work with minimum supervision, work in a fast-paced environment and be very detailed orientated.

What You?ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Provide support to team members within the human resources department.
• Transfer and update various documents/spreadsheets.
• Booking/scheduling training, accommodations, flights etc.
• Ensure applicant tracking system and spreadsheets are kept up to date.
• Track employee training certificates, medicals & licenses
• Completing timesheets and expenses
• Perform miscellaneous administration functions and projects as assigned.
• Other duties as required

What You?ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an administrative role
• Diploma in Office Administration considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, experience working with Microsoft Office
• Must be well organized; accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to deal with people sensitively, confidentially, and professionally at all times
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Must have good time management skills and the ability to work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
