Job Description

We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants to play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What You Will Be Doing

• Setting up, serving, and clearing tables, as well as assisting with other food and beverage service-related tasks.
• Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences
• Maximising sales opportunities with recommendations and suggestions
• Communicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained
• Maintaining clean and safe work spaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed

What We Are Looking For

• Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in food and beverage is preferable, but a passion for providing great guest service is what will really make you stand out!

Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Must have PASSION for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service
• Have experience in a food & beverage service role, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
• Have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• The right to work in New Zealand
• Flexibility of availability – able to work across a 7 day week shift pattern, including late nights/ early hours of the morning.
