Job Description

LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?

Pullman Auckland is looking for a full-time talented and passionate Spa Assistant Manager wishing to expand their knowledge and skills in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Spa Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage spa and fitness centre operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with budget adherence, cost management, and revenue maximisation.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and health regulations.
• Deliver spa treatments and maintain facility cleanliness.
• Supervise, train, and develop team members to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies
• Experience in a professional beauty environment
• A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
