You are a true reservations superstar with a natural ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.You are a positive and a confident individual excited to work as part of a small reservations team of 4 people.
Job Description
LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?
As a Reservations Agent, yourmain responsibilities include:
- Processing and inputting ofhotel reservations into RESAWEB and Opera Software, with a focus on individual & group reservations
- Quoting, Booking and Managing all group bookings in a timely manner
- Managing and reviewing of all guest history – assist with merging guest profiles for FITs
- Upselling during guest interactions.
- Processing Weekly Commissions

- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated experience in client liaison
- Confident with Microsoft Office, Opera and RESAWEB
- A natural ability tomanage conflicting deadlines and work well under pressure
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Fluent in English, excellentcommunication and a great phone manner.
- Can work a minimum of 24 hours per week
