Pullman joins its sister property later in the year, just next door, Novotel Auckland Airport. The Novotel is a 263-hotel room with a buzzing restaurant, Bistro Thirteen 50.

We are looking for potential Night Guest Service Agents that can welcome our guests arriving during the nighttime at Pullman Auckland Airport with a warm, safe, courteous, and cheerful presence. With your enthusiastic and outgoing nature, you are passionate about people and dedicated to giving guests a lasting impression.

Job Description

First impressions are everything! Your charisma, love for Aotearoa, and contagious personality guarantees a memorable guest experience from the very first encounter. There won’t be any goodbyes after guests experience your fantastic service, simply just “until we meet again” or “see you next time”. We are looking for Night Guest Service Agents who will join our engaging and passionate Front Office team, and will deliver a top-notch guest experience.

• Greet all guests that come into contact with the Front Office department in a friendly manner.
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out of Pullman Auckland Airport accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure guests who are not Accor ALL members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program.

Qualifications

You will be:

• Previously employed in Front Office or have prior experience in a Reception role, it is preferred but not essential. We’re interested in finding out more about you and your contagious personality!
• A self-assured, sociable individual with an approachable demeanor who can establish connections wherever you are
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, and will possess superb written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who can collaborate well with the team while working in a fast-paced environment
• A professional with an entrepreneurial mindset that exudes an abundance of energy, drive, and passion
• Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Able to work graveyard shifts
