Job Description

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and energy, ensuring their arrival experience is as seamless as it is unforgettable
• Be a storyteller—share our unique hotel story and the cultural significance of Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport
• Guide & assist—offer helpful information about our hotel services, local attractions, and anything else to make their stay truly exceptional
• Lend a hand with luggage, ensuring every guest’s belongings are handled with care
• Personalize the experience—attend to the special needs of VIPs and elite guests with professionalism and thoughtful care
• Create moments of connection—engage in friendly conversations, listen to guests’ stories, and make their stay memorable through genuine human interaction

Qualifications

You are:

• A people person with a bright, outgoing personality—experience isn’t essential; your passion for people is what matters most
• Someone who thrives in a diverse environment, able to confidently interact with guests from all walks of life, even if English isn’t their first language
• Eager to be part of something bigger, representing Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport and our values with pride
• Committed to delivering 5-star service, going the extra mile to make every guest feel like they belong
• While experience in a Reception/Front Office role, or experience in Hotels or hospitality is preferred, we value personality, commitment and a positive attitude above all
