Pulse Supply Chain Solutions, Ins is a family-run, independent business. It is an internationally known electronics recycling company based in Dallas, TX. We are looking for an Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is dynamic, organized, and possesses an understanding of human nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel. (as it ramps back up)
• Prepares reports by collecting information from different departments.
• Maintains customer/staff confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assists in personal matters as needed.
