YOUR MISSION:

• Respond to incoming customer queries via phone & e-mails in a timely manner (order status, return process, etc.)
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate and timely support (solve tickets within 48h) and, if required, working with other eCom functions
• Help customers making confident buying decisions, by providing knowledgeable answers to questions related to products, pricing & availability
• Organize and prioritize customer queries to ensure fast and efficient service
• Funnel shopper feedback to the relevant eCom team members (technical glitches, ways to improve overall onsite experience, etc)
• Document meticulously actions taken (refunds, cancellations, etc) in reporting tools provided by the Management

YOUR TALENT:

• Basic Knowledge of Windows OS and supporting software.
• Two years experience in a retail and/or customer service role.
• Proficient in English
• Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Follow through and complete tasks accurately in a timely manner.

Customer service oriented and ability to work independently

• Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
