Our Administrative Assistants are responsible to fill many needs, performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: daily bank deposits and reconciliation, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution, data entry and receptionist duties. Position requires strong verbal/writing skills and the ability to take responsibility for a multitude of tasks and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.

Must have high accuracy typing skills with a reasonable speed, 10-key, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have the ability to work with people over the phone and in person. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
