Summary
The Houseman/Housewoman is an essential member of the front line team, contributing to customer service excellence. This individual is responsible for ensuring the poker room is being run in accordance with AGLC Terms and Conditions and House rules. The Houseman/Housewoman will respond to guest’s inquiries and problems in person and respond to incoming calls.

Ensure Poker Room is being run according to AGLC Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
Answer Phones.
Open and close games as required.
Deal with guests’ inquiries
Organize and deal with the Dealers
Maintain Paper work.

Tracking table opening and closing.
Scheduling
Complete all money transactions.
