About the role

then come join us at pure delish! Pure delish is an Artisan food manufacturer and we require someone to head up our Supply Chain and Planning Team. 

as the Supply Chain & Planning Manager for pure delish, you will be responsible for Procurement, Planning, Finished Goods Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution and Inventory Management. You will manage our suppliers to ensure quality of goods received and address any non-conformance.

we are always looking to improve in all aspects of what we do, so this role will be pivotal in the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities for purchasing, planning, and supply operations and processes. 

you will also be managing the warehouse, distribution, and logistics via the warehouse team to deliver exceptional DIFOT with minimal write offs and optimal cost to serve.

we’re looking for someone that will slot in and get things done. This role will also sit as part of the pure delish leadership team, so if you are after a diverse role, that gives you great breadth – this role is for you! 

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Small to medium sized business experience
• Relevant Tertiary level qualification
• Food Manufacturing Experience (preferred)
• The ability to build a proactive H&S culture within the Supply chain team
• A clear understanding of Food Safety requirements
• Experience in production and capacity planning
• Purchasing and contract negotiation experience
• Strong leadership & great written and verbal communication skills 
• Administration, management and accounting skills
• A strong analytical mind set with high learning agility
• Experience with computer systems (ERP, Microsoft Office tools)
• Great team player who gets stuck in and supports as required
