PW Dental Hiring for Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist Job at Brooklyn, NY Full Time

Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and have advanced knowledge in Dentrix and have extensive knowledge about PPO insurance.

This position involves effectively managing all aspects of patient contact, including:

• Greeting patients
• Creating financial arrangements and collecting co-payments
• Auditing and maintaining a busy schedule
• Verifying insurance coverage
• Managing Continuing Care and Unscheduling Treatment Reports

Applicants must have:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral),
• Strong computer skills,
• Highly organized and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Also,

• Financial plan presentation to patient in regards to co-pays and out of pocket expense
• Excellent multi tasker
• Experience in dealing with insurance companies
• Be a self starter and be a problem solver
