Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts, identifying and addressing client needs:

• Architecting and developing solutions with Microsoft technologies such as MS Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents;

• Working with other architects and product owners to decompose work into software components, and develop actionable plans to deliver solutions;

• Working with at least one of the following development languages: C#, Javascript, Java, .Net (Core);

• Using tools like Azure DevOps to manage requirements, deploy, and troubleshoot deployments of software solutions;

• Designing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to enable code releases to multiple environments;

• Establishing quality, testability, and security of the built and deployed solution;

• Collaborating with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors in technology neutral language to define, build, and deliver solutions;

• Establishing Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative and waterfall, using blended resources;

• Demonstrating business acumen that can interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought leadership of specific technologies and driving technology change; and,

• Demonstrating analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues.
