Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Creating and executing recruiting/sourcing strategy development, preferably for a global network of professional services firms;
Aligning sourcing strategy to support the needs of the business
Understanding and utilizing recruiting systems, technologies and protocols;
Collaborating with sourcing professionals, hiring leaders, and business stakeholders;
Providing coaching, leadership of professional recruiting teams, guidance and development; and,
Performing recruiting activities consistent with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Managing executive stakeholder activities including strategy, reporting, and recommendations;
Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written business communication skills, emphasizing the ability to tailor messages appropriately by audience;
Creating, driving, and implementing multi-faceted talent acquisition strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring leaders;
Managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle to maintain compliance, consistency, and quality;
Assessing business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives;
Building relationships with other recruiting leaders and driving recruiting strategy;
Overseeing the management, coaching and development of a large team of recruiting professionals;
Interpreting data while collaborating with key stakeholders to identify actionable insights for continuous improvement and make better decisions that ultimately drives quality in hires;
Implementing multi-faceted talent acquisition strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring leaders; and,
Managing expense and budgetary guidelines for the team and all workstreams and projects.
