Required Knowledge and Skills :

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

• Troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 and experience in the installation and administration of Microsoft Windows Desktop. Microsoft Azure and Office 365 experience a plus; and,

• Working knowledge of troubleshooting Office 365, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS configuration troubleshooting or other experience and knowledge in Network Management in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

• Providing client-facing support utilizing Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Windows 10, and underlying technologies to support the daily operations of end user’s technology incidents;

• Troubleshooting and resolving network, server, workstation, and software problems such as installing and configuring workstations, printers, routers, firewalls, and other hardware as required by clients;

• Conducting preventative maintenance services to meet functional, performance, and security requirements;

• Effectively managing priorities based on clients’ needs and set realistic expectations based on commitments made;

• Engaging and communicating with customers and employees in a professional manner that demonstrates the tremendous value they are to us as a customer, thus continuously proving our value as a service provider; and,

• Documenting issues and resolutions in detail through the ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage);

• Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
