Deputy Director Eligibility Operations

This is an open opportunity for a Deputy Director of Eligibility Operations in Eastern
Nebraska.

This position is responsible for the oversight and direction of teams across Nebraska determining eligibility for multiple economic assistance programs for health and human services – Children & Family services and Medicaid & Economic Assistance programs.

Position is responsible for improving systems and processes and managing staff.
Monitoring and enhancement of Customer Service Center system performance to implement and refine customer interaction and interactive voice response systems.

Practice Features and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a large system (healthcare, corp, etc.)
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Process Improvement Degree highly favorable
• Call centers, food banks or similar– type experience
• Project management experience
• Basic process mapping skills
• Data driven approach
• Efficiency and process Improvement
• Team building and leadership skills for personnel ranging in experience levels

Pay: $115,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
