Deputy Director Eligibility Operations
This is an open opportunity for a Deputy Director of Eligibility Operations in Eastern
Nebraska.
This position is responsible for the oversight and direction of teams across Nebraska determining eligibility for multiple economic assistance programs for health and human services – Children & Family services and Medicaid & Economic Assistance programs.
Position is responsible for improving systems and processes and managing staff.
Monitoring and enhancement of Customer Service Center system performance to implement and refine customer interaction and interactive voice response systems.
