PBFS Tampa is looking to add a Administrative Assistant to our growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office

• Perform general clerical duties
• Invoicing and purchase orders
• Answering and fielding calls
• Schedule field techs
• Data Entry
• Speak clearly and professionally with customers over the phone, email and in person.

SKILLS:

• Customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and properly prioritize many tasks at once
