Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to gather and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Assessing the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and workflows.
• Developing and delivering clear, actionable reports and presentations based on research and analysis.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
• Assisting with user acceptance testing and solution validation.
• Evaluating and optimizing business processes to enhance overall performance.
• Supporting the implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems.
• Providing ongoing support and training to end users on new processes and system functionalities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile or other structured software development methodologies.
