As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our people and engaging appropriate strategies to ensure a skilled and capable workforce. As a role model for our Contact Centre Consultants, you will act as a mentor and coach for 15-17 direct reports to drive team engagement, open communication and flexibility.
You’ll have –
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience
- The ability to adapt to change, think on your feet and work under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to team engagement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Literacy with Contact Centre operations
- Flexibility to work on a 7 day rotational roster basis
