As the Regional Airport Manager, you will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership, operational performance and operational oversight of the NZ & Pacific Island Region with a strong focus on transformational change and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for operations, safety, customer delivery, people leadership, regulatory compliance, risk identification and management, supplier management and budgets for all airports within the regional portfolio.
This is a matrixed leadership role, with both regional and functional reporting line. The role reports directly to the Head Offshore Airports and is a key member of the offshore leadership team and will be driving the airports agenda within the broader team as well as collaborating between airport operations and regional departments (such as sales & marketing) to jointly create business value. This role will also take a lead role in the development and delivery of all aspects of the global offshore airport’s strategy, represent the business with all Local Governments, Authorities and Agencies and lead introduction of new ports.
